network simulator

You can configure the software's parameters using the "Options" menu. You can use the "configure" item to access the configuration window:

Parameter setting

  • Each parameter can be changed using a "numeric Up Down" control, a check box, a drop-down list box, or an color editor ("..." button).
  • The arrow near a parameter can be used to restore its default value. The "default values" button restores the default value of all the parameters.
  • You can use the "load" and the "save" buttons to manage the configuration files which store all the parameters. If there is a configuration file labelled "param.xml" in the execution folder, the program automatically loads it when it is launched.
  • There is a one-to-one correspondence between the three pages and the operating modes, the third page being common to modes "IP" and "Transport".
